CFR Part 75
Title 28, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 75 — the implementing regulations for the §2257 record-keeping regime. The regulations were renumbered substantially in 2023; the renumbering did not change substantive obligations but clarified several edge cases that creator-platform operators had been navigating through case-by-case counsel advice.
