ARCOM
Autorité de régulation de la communication audiovisuelle et numérique — the French audiovisual and digital regulator. Since 2022, ARCOM has been the enforcement authority for adult-content age-verification obligations on French-facing distribution; its decisions have shaped what age-assurance mechanisms operators must implement to serve the French market.
